Basketball Academy
Delivering a high-performance basketball program that guarantees players are challenged daily.
Sandringham College, in collaboration with Chase Basketball, is an extra-curricular program designed to enhance the basketball skills of athletes across all skill levels. Athletes will be assessed and divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels ensuring the ongoing enjoyment, progression and development of every individual.
The Sandringham College Basketball Academy is held at the High Performance Centre at the Holloway Road Campus before school. Atheltes attend two morning sessions, applicable to students’ academy grouping, for 90 minutes per session.

The Basketball Academy is an extension of the Sports Academy but is open to all Sandringham College students. Whilst the main focus of the sessions is on improving basketball skills, coaches also work with athletes to develop fitness, sportsmanship, teamwork, dedication and a strong work ethic.
Students will be provided with expert tuition with elite coaches and included as part of the Basketball Academy will be a uniform (singlet & shorts) and a sports bag.
