Student Leadership

Leadership development

We believe that all students are leaders, and offer our young people an exciting range of co-curricular activities and training to develop leadership qualities, character and personal growth.

Leadership development is prioritised at Sandringham College. At our College, students are able to develop a skill set that can assist them well beyond the classroom. They are able to develop a close and conscious connectedness with others and gain a better understanding of individual responsibility and the benefits of altruistic action.

At each campus there is a dedicated teacher who oversees the work of student leaders and supports them in their growth, strengthening their capacity to represent their peers and the College at a school level and in the broader community.
