Student Leadership

Student leadership development

As a community, we believe that every student has the capacity to lead. We provide a wide range of opportunities for students to develop leadership, character and personal responsibility, empowering them to make a meaningful contribution within the College and beyond.

Leadership development is a key priority, with students supported to build skills in communication, collaboration, initiative and ethical decision-making. Through authentic leadership experiences, students develop a strong sense of connection, responsibility and service, learning how to positively influence others and contribute to their community.

At each campus, a dedicated Assistant Principal works closely with student leaders, providing guidance, mentoring and structured opportunities for growth. Students are supported to represent the voice of their peers, take ownership of initiatives and lead with confidence and integrity.
