Sandringham College uses Compass Conferences to facilitate Parent–Teacher interviews. Bookings are made by parents and carers directly with teachers through the Compass platform.
Interviews are conducted remotely using Cisco Webex, allowing for flexible and accessible participation. Parents, carers and students are all welcome to attend.
Support and alternative access options are provided to ensure that all families, including those without direct access to Compass, are able to join and participate fully in the Webex meetings.

The following pages demonstrate in detail how to book appointments in Compass Conferences and then use Webex for the interviews. While the use of a computer is recommended, mobile devices (phones / tablets) can also be used.
